We have developed these 2 standard arches, adaptable to any sailboat up to 50 feet.
With a system of ball joints that allows the arch to be adjusted to any transom and to pass the cables through the inside of the tubes.

We have also developed an solar arch with greater load capacity (capable of supporting a dinghy weighing up to 200 kg). We offer it in two different ways: on the one hand, we can send all the parts and the customer can arrange for the final fitting, welding and polishing where they receive it; or, on the other hand, we can also carry out this fitting, welding and polishing work ourselves, if the boat is located relatively close to our area. It is a standard solar arch that can be fitted to virtually any sailboat up to 50 feet in length. Manufactured in AISI-316 (maritime) steel with a bright polished finish (Ø35mm tube for the arches and Ø30mm for the central tubes), the Eolios Arch has a ball joint system that allows the arch to be adapted to any transom with an angle of 90º or greater (if less, the client you can make some adapter wedges as explained in the instructions). The arch is adjustable both in width and height by means of telescopic tubes. The four struts (two fixed on the rail and two on the transom) prevent bow sway.
The ball joint system consists of holes to pass the electrical cables so that they can circulate inside the tubes of the Eolios Arch until they reach the solar panels, wind turbine or radar. In this way the cables are always protected.
Eolios Arch comes equipped with quality bridles that hold 2 rings and ropes with pulleys in order to easily raise and lower the dinghy (maximum weight supported 50kg each ring).
This multifunction arch is designed to be easy to assemble and also comes with assembly instructions to guide the process step by step.
It is a low cost solar arch compared to the Eolios Arch, but equally of great quality in its details. Especially designed for those who only need the arch to support the solar panels.
The arch is adjustable in both width and height using telescopic tubes. It has two struts fixed to the railing.
The ball joint system (the same as in the Eolios Arch) consists of holes for passing electrical cables through so that they can run inside the MonoArch ITC tubes to the solar panels. This ensures that the cables are always protected.
