Experts in solar arches for sailboats
The arches that we manufacture are products developed after many years of moving through ports, carrying out countless custom jobs for sailboat owners. All the accumulated experience and the observation of the needs of our clients finally led us to the creation of the Eolios Arch.
Solar arch Eolios Arch
An arch made of maritime stainless steel (AISI-316), with a ball joint system (machined parts) that allows the arch to be adapted to any transom with an angle of 90º or greater. The arch is adjustable both in width and height by means of telescopic tubes. The four struts (two fixed on the rail and two on the transom) prevent bow sway.
The ball joint system consists of holes to pass the electrical cables so that they can circulate inside the tubes of the Eolios Arch until they reach the solar panels, wind turbine or radar. In this way the cables are always protected.
Eolios Arch comes equipped with 2 bridles with rings and ropes with pulleys in order to easily raise and lower the dinghy.
This multifunction arch is designed to be easy to assemble and also comes with assembly instructions to guide the process step by step.
Solar arch MonoArch ITC
Also made of AISI-316 stainless steel. It also has the same ball joint system as the Eolios Arch.
Made with a Ø43mm tube and a single Ø35mm central tube, this arch is a simpler and lower-cost version of the Eolios Arch.
It comes with delrin bushings located at the junction between the ball joint tubes and the arch tubes and also between the arch tubes and the connecting tube.
It only has 2 struts for fixing to the railing. The idea is to offer an economical option for those people who are only looking for an arch to put solar panels, a wind turbine or/and radar. It could also be used to raise light weight tenders, but for this it is advisable to reinforce the bow with 2 extra struts.
